Ownership
Caster Town Ltd. shall remain absolute owner of the goods referred to on the invoice, at the risk of the customer, until full payment of the invoice.

Payment
Unless other terms are indicated on the invoice, customers shall pay the full invoice amount within thirty (30) days of delivery. Interest at 18% per annum, calculated from the date of delivery, shall be charged on any balance outstanding.
Customer shall pay an administration fee of 20% of the balance owing on the invoice if legal proceedings are instituted to collect same. Caster Town Ltd. shall be entitled to refuse to deliver further goods to the customer in the event the customer fails to make payment when due.

Inspection
Customer’s prompt inspection of the goods upon receipt of the goods is an essential term of this agreement. Customer shall inspect all goods and notify Caster Town Ltd. in writing, within five (5) days of delivery, of any defect, shortage or other claim, failing which Customer shall not have any claim against Caster Town Ltd. Defective goods shall be returned and replaced within a  reasonable time or at Caster Town Ltd’s option, an appropriate credit shall be issued.

Cancellation or Return of Orders
Any cancellation or return must be approved by Caster Town Ltd. and will be subject to restocking charges of 15%-20%.
Special orders require a non-refundable deposit and will not be accepted for return.

Product Use
The goods are intended for a specific purpose. Caster Town Ltd. shall not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by use for another purpose. Where goods are intended for another purpose, customer shall notify Caster Town Ltd. for such use, failing which the sale shall be without any warranty of quality whatsoever. In no case shall Caster Town Ltd. be responsible for misuse or misapplication of the goods or failure to properly maintain or inspect the goods.

Exclusion of Liability and Indemnification
Caster Town Ltd. shall not be responsible for any damage or injury caused by the goods and Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caster Town Ltd. for any damages caused by the goods.

Responsibility after Removal from Premises
Caster Town Ltd. is not responsible for the goods after their removal from its premises. Customer agrees to obtain any transit insurance which it considers advisable.

Changes to Pricing and Specifications
All Prices and specifications for goods are subject to change by Caster Town Ltd. at its discretion and without notice of any kind.

Warranty
Caster Town Ltd. warrants to customer for a period of 90 days from date of shipment that the goods at the time of shipment will be free from defects of material and workmanship. Caster Town Ltd’s sale obligation under the foregoing warranties will be limited to either, at Caster Town Ltd’s option, replacing or repairing defective goods or refunding the purchase price for such goods therefore paid by the Customer. These warranties will not extend to goods subjected to
misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or maintenance or which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Caster Town Ltd. or its authorized representative.
